It all started with a vision to be a small but contributing part of the movement towards global sustainability. We've started to shape how this looks for us by organically certifying our vineyards and the next step will be to have our wines certified too. We're a group of people who all enjoy growing things, making them into something wonderful and offering them to you to enjoy. That's why our unique venue allows you to try and buy, sit and dine, and select from an extended wine list in the restaurant which includes wines we import from our friends in Europe.

Our Chef
Felipe grew up in Venezuela, a vibrant and colourful nation in which the food and core ingredients vary greatly across the regions. Classically trained in French cuisine, there is no doubt that our talented Chef takes influence from his upbringing along with time spent in Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and now Australia. The result is beautifully presented plates that fuse his respect for produce with a myriad of flavours and techniques. When he's not balancing work and life, he's learning to stay upright on a board at his favourite Margaret River surf spots!
Your Host
This is Sam, one of the warmest humans you'll ever ever meet, with a huge smile that is simply contagious. He's cheeky, but he's also the consummate professional. Hailing from the UK, Sam has called Australia home for the past 4 years and plans to stay forever. With 14 years in customer service roles in his homeland, France, Portugal and Sri Lanka, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Sam is passionate about all things wine but when it comes to food, Italian cuisine is top of the list - pizza, pasta, tiramisu, repeat....
The Team
Our team is awesome! We've hand-picked people we know are going to provide the highest level of friendly and knowledgeable service. Even though we have separate staff for the cellar door bar and the restaurant areas, they've all been trained in both to assist you with suggestions or any questions you have. They also welcome any feedback you have (good or constructive) as we aim to help you create amazing memories while in our venue.
