It's all about farm (and sea!) to table and enjoying delicious fare with friends and family at our Cellar Door restaurant.
Our food is simple but beautiful, full of fresh ingredients and flavour, offering pleasure without pretence. Most of us are accustomed to shared-plate dining experiences these days. However, if you're not one who likes to share (and that's OK!), our menu is flexible enough to provide you with options that count as individual entrée and mains. Chef Felipe has also aimed to hit the mark with plates that meet a range of dietary requirements all in one.
Although walk-ins are welcome, we recommend you book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Our menu changes regularly; we like to move with the seasons and create dishes that suit our wines and the weather. Wherever possible, we source ingredients from the southwest, or at the very least WA. On rare occasions, we may use exotic ingredients from elsewhere to elevate a meal, or seafood (i.e. oysters) from another state if we can't get our hands on local fare.
The produce from our Wayfinder farm and vineyard in Cowaramup is used as much as possible in our dishes, delivered freshly picked to the venue. Our market garden supplies fresh herbs and veggies, our "Bee Friendly" certified hives provide us with flavourful honey and our orchard will one day offer a bountiful harvest of fruit as fresh and preserved ingredients in our dishes.
